How To Void a Goods Receipt In Coupa

Click on 'My Coupa' to view the goods receipt tab.

Step 2/7

Click on the 'Goods Receipts' tile.

Step 3/7

Search the last four digits of the PO number for which you would like to void the goods receipt.

E.g You should search '4550' for PO number LLC004559

Step 4/7

Click the red arrow to void the goods receipt

Step 5/7

Enter the amount you would like to void or click the 'All' button to void the entire goods receipt.

Step 6/7

Enter the reason for voiding the goods receipt.

Step 7/7

Click 'Void Receipt'

You have voided the goods receipt.
